Sec. 6001.152. BRANCH OFFICE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE REQUIRED.
(a)Each separate office location of a firm holding a registration certificate, other than the location identified on the firm's certificate, must have a branch office registration certificate issued by the department.
(b)Before issuing a branch office registration certificate, the department must determine that the branch office location is part of a registered firm.
