Sec. 556.151. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER. This subchapter does not apply to a credit life, credit accident and health, credit property, or credit involuntary unemployment insurance policy that is:
(1)specifically authorized by this code;
(2)approved for sale in this state; and
(3)sold in connection with a credit transaction.
