Sec. 4055.008. GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES.
(a)A specialty license holder may act as an agent for the kinds of insurance that are subject to this chapter for any insurer authorized to engage in the business of those kinds of insurance in this state.
(b)Except as otherwise provided by this chapter, a specialty license holder acting under this chapter shall comply with this title.
