Sec. 30.003. DEFINITION OF PERSON. The definition of "person" assigned by Section 311.005 , Government Code, does not apply to any provision in this title or in Title 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, or 20.
