Sec. 2702.054. USE OF ALTERNATE SETTLEMENT STATEMENT FORM PERMITTED. A title insurance company or title insurance agent may use the uniform settlement statement form prepared under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act of 1974 (Pub.
