Sec. 2211.053. AMENDMENTS TO PLAN OF OPERATION.
(a)The governing committee may, on the committee's own initiative or at the commissioner's request, propose amendments to the plan of operation.
(b)Amendments to the plan must be adopted by the commissioner by rule.
