Sec. 2207.255. OFFICERS; MEETINGS.

(a)The board shall select from the board members a presiding officer, an assistant presiding officer, and a secretary who serve one-year terms that expire as provided by the plan of operation.
(b)The board shall hold meetings at the call of the presiding officer and at times established by the board's rules.
(c)A majority of the board members constitutes a quorum.
