Sec. 2202.004. CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS FROM GENERAL REVENUE FUND PROHIBITED. The legislature may not appropriate money from the general revenue fund to administer this chapter, other than fees collected under this chapter and deposited to the credit of the Texas Department of Insurance operating account. SUBCHAPTER B. AUTHORITY TO ACT AS JOINT UNDERWRITING ASSOCIATION
