Sec. 2054.108. PROGRAM AND FACILITY ACCESSIBILITY.

(a)The company shall comply with federal and state laws that relate to program and facility accessibility.
(b)The president shall prepare and maintain a written plan that describes the manner in which an individual who does not speak English can be provided reasonable access to the company's programs and services.
(c)The board shall develop and implement policies that provide the public with a reasonable opportunity to appear before the board and to speak on any issue under the company's jurisdiction. SUBCHAPTER D. OPERATION OF COMPANY; FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION
