Sec. 2054.053. PRESIDING OFFICER; OTHER OFFICERS.

(a)The governor shall designate a board member as the presiding officer to serve in that capacity at the pleasure of the governor.
(b)The board members shall elect annually any other officers the board considers necessary to perform the board's duties.
