Sec. 2053.052. EXPERIENCE RATING PLAN.
(a)The commissioner shall adopt a uniform experience rating plan for workers' compensation insurance. The plan must:
(1)encourage accident prevention; and
(2)account for:
(A)the peculiar hazard and experience of individual risks, past and prospective, inside and outside this state; and
(B)any other relevant factor.
(b)The commissioner shall revise the rating plan at least once every five years.
(c)The commissioner may adopt reasonable rules and plans requiring the interchange of loss experience necessary for the application of the rating plan.
