Sec. 2053.003. RATE FILING AND SUPPORTING INFORMATION.

(a)Each insurance company shall file with the department all rates, supplementary rating information, and reasonable and pertinent supporting information for risks written in this state.
(b)An insurance company may not make a filing described by Subsection (a) more frequently than once every six months.
