Sec. 1805.059. DISCIPLINARY ACTION.

(a)If, after a hearing, the commissioner determines that the furnishing of specified services by an advisory organization involves an act or practice that is unfair, unreasonable, or otherwise inconsistent with this chapter or other applicable laws of this state, the commissioner may issue a written order:
(1)specifying the manner in which the act or practice is unfair, unreasonable, or inconsistent with the applicable law; and
(2)requiring the advisory organization to discontinue the act or practice.
(b)In addition to any other remedies available at law, the commissioner may impose a sanction authorized under Chapter 82 .
