Sec. 1701.058. RECONSIDERATION OF FORM.
(a)Not later than the 45th day after the date of an order of the commissioner disapproving or withdrawing approval of a form under Section 1701.055 , an insurer may correct the deficiencies described by the order and file the corrected form with the department for reconsideration by the commissioner.
(b)If the commissioner does not approve or disapprove a form filed for reconsideration under this section on or before the 45th day after the date the form is filed, the form is considered approved on the 46th day after the date the form is filed.
