Sec. 1662.052. REQUIRED DISCLOSURE INFORMATION.

(a)A disclosure provided under this subchapter must have the following information that is accurate at the time the disclosure request is made, with respect to the requesting enrollee's cost-sharing liability for a covered health care service and supply:
(1)an estimate of the enrollee's cost-sharing liability for the requested service or supply provided by a health care provider that is calculated based on the information described by Subdivisions (4), (5), and (6);
(2)except as provided by Subsection (b), if the request relates to a service or supply that is provided within a bundled payment arrangement and the arrangement includes a service or supply that has a separate cost-sharing liability, an estimate of the cost-sharing liability fo
