Sec. 1501.601. PARTICIPATION CRITERIA.
(a)In this subchapter, "participation criteria" means any criteria or rules established by a large employer to determine the employees who are eligible for enrollment or continued enrollment under the terms of a health benefit plan.
(b)The participation criteria may not be based on health status related factors.
