Sec. 1201.058. NOTIFICATION THAT POLICY IS RETURNABLE; EFFECT OF RETURN.

(a)An individual accident and health insurance policy must include a notice that states in substance that the individual to whom the policy is issued is entitled to have the premium paid refunded if, after the individual examines the policy, the individual is not satisfied with the policy for any reason and returns the policy not later than the 10th day after the date the policy is delivered to the individual.
(b)An individual accident and health insurance policy returned to the insurer at the insurer's home or branch office or to the agent through whom the policy was purchased within the time provided by the notice is void from the date the policy was issued, and the parties are in the same position as if the polic
