Sec. 1153.702. PENALTY.
(a)An individual, firm, or corporation who violates a final order issued under this chapter is liable to the state in a civil action for a penalty of not more than:
(1)$250; or
(2)$1,000, if the court finds the violation to be wilful.
(b)The penalty provided by this section is in addition to any other penalty provided by law.
