Sec. 1153.156. LIMITS ON AMOUNT OF CREDIT ACCIDENT AND HEALTH INSURANCE.
(a)The total amount of indemnity payable by credit accident and health insurance may not exceed the total amount of debt repayable under the contract that evidences the credit transaction.
(b)The amount of a periodic indemnity payment may not exceed the scheduled periodic installment payment on the debt.
