Sec. 1101.101. REQUIRED POLICY PROVISIONS.

(a)A policy issued in this state by a life insurance company not organized under the laws of this state may contain any provision that the law of the state, territory, district, or county under which the company is organized requires the policy to contain.
(b)Notwithstanding Chapter 1701 , a policy issued or delivered in another state, territory, district, or county by a life insurance company organized under the laws of this state may contain any provision required by the laws of that state, territory, district, or county.
