Sec. 1101.002. POLICY PROVISIONS REQUIRED.
(a)Except as provided by this section, a life insurance policy must contain provisions that are substantially the same as the provisions required by this subchapter.
(b)A single premium life insurance policy is not required to contain a provision under this subchapter to the extent that the provision is not applicable to a single premium insurance policy.
