Sec. 98.1047. STUDIES ON LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY REPORTING OF ADVERSE HEALTH CONDITIONS.
(a)The department shall study which adverse health conditions commonly occur in long-term care facilities and, of those health conditions, which are potentially preventable.
(b)The department shall develop recommendations for reporting adverse health conditions identified under Subsection (a).
