Sec. 89.013. CERTIFICATE REQUIRED.
(a)The governing body or a designee of the governing body shall confirm that each employee or volunteer required to be screened under this subchapter has the required certificate.
(b)The governing body may not permit an employee or volunteer to carry out the person's duties if the person does not have the required certificate.
