Sec. 810.002. APPLICABILITY. This chapter applies to the following state agencies:

(1)the Department of Family and Protective Services;

(2)the Health and Human Services Commission;

(3)the Texas Education Agency;

(4)the Texas Juvenile Justice Department; and

(5)the comptroller of public accounts.
