Sec. 65.054. CONTRACT FUNCTIONS.
(a)The commission may contract with a third-party administrator or other entity to perform any or all program functions for the commission under this chapter.
(b)A third-party administrator or other entity may perform tasks under a contract entered into under Subsection (a) that would otherwise be performed by the commission.
