Sec. 442A.151. FUNDING.
(a)Money contained in the opioid abatement account established under Section 403.505 , Government Code, as added by Chapter 781 (S.B. 1827), Acts of the 87th Legislature, Regular Session, 2021, may be appropriated to the board to fund the pilot program established under this chapter.
(b)The board may collect gifts, grants, and donations to fund the program.
