Text of section effective on July 01, 2026 Sec. 437B.055. ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.
(a)The department shall issue a mobile food vendor license to an applicant who submits a complete application, pays any required fee, and meets the department's licensing requirements and whose food vending vehicle passes a health inspection.
(b)A license issued under this section expires on the first anniversary of the date of issuance.
