Sec. 363.118. INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATIONS.

(a)A public agency that enters into a contract under Section 363.116 may sponsor the creation of an industrial development corporation as provided by the Development Corporation Act (Subtitle C1, Title 12, Local Government Code).
(b)If the system is located in the public agency's boundaries, the corporation may issue its bonds, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness to finance the costs of a solid waste management system, including a resource recovery system, contemplated under the contract.
