Sec. 363.007. STATUTES NOT AFFECTED BY CHAPTER. This chapter does not affect:
(1)Chapter 361 (Solid Waste Disposal Act);
(2)Chapter 364 (County Solid Waste Control Act); or
(3)Chapter 362 (Solid Waste Resource Recovery Financing Act).
