Sec. 300C.0052. LIMITATION ON AUTHORITY OF BOARD TO REQUIRE MANDATORY PAYMENT.
(a)The board may require a mandatory payment authorized under this chapter by an institutional health care provider in the district only in the manner provided by this chapter.
(b)The board may not require a mandatory payment under this chapter during a period for which the board requires a mandatory payment under Chapter 300A .
