Sec. 252.125. IMMEDIATE REMOVAL TO PROTECT RESIDENT. Before the completion of the investigation by the commission, the commission shall file a petition for temporary care and protection of a resident if the commission determines that immediate removal is necessary to protect the resident from further abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
