Sec. 252.098. CRIMINAL PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO NOTIFY.

(a)A facility commits an offense if the facility knowingly fails to comply with Section 252.097 .
(b)An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor. SUBCHAPTER E. INVESTIGATIONS OF ABUSE, NEGLECT, AND EXPLOITATION AND REPORTS OF RETALIATION
