Sec. 182.062. BOARD MEMBER IMMUNITY.

(a)A board member may not be held civilly liable for an act performed, or omission made, in good faith in the performance of the member's powers and duties under this chapter.
(b)A cause of action does not arise against a member of the board for an act or omission described by Subsection (a). SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES
