Sec. 120.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: Text of subdivision effective until September 01, 2026

(1)"Border region" means the area consisting of the counties immediately adjacent to the international boundary between the United States and Mexico. Text of subdivision effective on September 01, 2026

(1)"Border region" has the meaning assigned to "Texas-Mexico border region" by Section 2056.002 , Government Code.

(2)"Task force" means the Task Force of Border Health Officials.
