Sec. 102.264. PROGRAM INTEGRATION COMMITTEE.
(a)The institute shall establish a program integration committee. The committee is composed of the following five members:
(1)the chief executive officer;
(2)the chief scientific officer;
(3)the chief product development officer;
(4)the commissioner of state health services; and
(5)the chief prevention officer.
(b)The committee has the duties assigned under this chapter.
(c)The chief executive officer shall serve as the presiding officer of the program integration committee.
