Sec. 102.156. CONFLICT OF INTEREST.

(a)A member of a research and prevention programs committee appointed under this subchapter shall disclose in writing to the chief executive officer if the member has a professional or financial interest, as defined by Section 102.106 , in an entity that has a direct interest in a matter that comes before the member's committee.
(b)The member shall recuse himself or herself in the manner described by Section 102.1061 from the committee's deliberations and actions on the matter in Subsection (a) and may not participate in the committee's decision on the matter.
(c)A member of a research and prevention programs committee appointed under this chapter may not serve on the board of directors or other governing board of an entity receiving a grant from the
