Sec. 242.101. ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY.
(a)The department shall adopt and enforce a zero-tolerance policy concerning the detection, prevention, and punishment of the sexual abuse, including consensual sexual contact, of children in the custody of the department.
(b)The department shall establish standards for reporting and collecting data on the sexual abuse of children in the custody of the department.
(c)The department shall establish a procedure for children in the custody of the department and department employees to report incidents of sexual abuse involving a child in the custody of the department. The procedure must designate a person employed at the department facility in which the abuse is alleged to have occurred as well as a person who is employed at the department's headquarter
