Sec. 838.002. PROVISIONS INAPPLICABLE TO CASH BALANCE GROUP MEMBERS. Sections 838.102 , 838.103 , 838.1035 , 838.105 , 838.106 , 838.107 , and 838.108 of this chapter do not apply to a cash balance group member.
