Sec. 815.315. EXPENSE ACCOUNT.

(a)The retirement system shall deposit in the expense account membership fees, money required to be transferred to the account under Section 815.318 , and any appropriations made by the legislature to the account.
(b)The retirement system shall pay from the expense account administration and maintenance expenses of the retirement system except those expenses the payment of which is provided for by Section 815.208 (c) or 815.317 (b).
