Sec. 660.205. REPRESENTATION OF STATE.
(a)A state employee who is designated by the governor to represent the state at a governmental meeting or conference held outside the state is entitled to reimbursement for the actual expense of meals, lodging, and incidentals during the trip.
(b)A travel expense described by Subsection (a) is reimbursable from appropriations to the state agency by which the designee is employed.
