Sec. 660.014. PAYMENTS TO CREDIT CARD ISSUERS AND TRAVEL AGENTS.
(a)If a state agency may directly pay a commercial lodging establishment or a commercial transportation company under this chapter, the agency may instead pay a credit card issuer or a travel agency for the lodging or transportation.
(b)The documentation required for direct payment to a commercial lodging establishment or commercial transportation company is also required for payment to a credit card issuer or a travel agency.
