Sec. 659.106. DURATION.
(a)An employee authorizing a deduction under this subchapter or a person designated by the employee may change or revoke the authorization by delivering written notice of the change or revocation to the comptroller or the appropriate financial officer of an institution of higher education.
(b)An authorization is effective until the comptroller or financial officer receives the notice.
(c)The notice must be given in the form and manner prescribed by the comptroller or financial officer.
