Sec. 659.103. DEDUCTION TO CREDIT UNION.
(a)An employee of a state agency may authorize in writing a deduction each pay period from the employee's salary or wage payment for payment to a credit union to be credited to a share or deposit account of the employee.
(b)A designation by the Employees Retirement System of Texas is not necessary for a deduction under this section.
