Sec. 549.0004. CERTAIN MEDICATIONS FOR SEX OFFENDERS PROHIBITED.
(a)To the maximum extent allowed under federal law, the commission may not provide a sexual performance enhancing medication under the vendor drug program or any other health and human services program to an individual required to register as a sex offender under Chapter 62 , Code of Criminal Procedure.
(b)The executive commissioner may adopt rules as necessary to implement this section.
