Sec. 526.0502. REPORT ON DELIVERY OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES TO YOUNG TEXANS.

(a)The commission shall publish on the commission's Internet website a biennial report that addresses the efforts of the health and human services agencies to provide health and human services to children younger than six years of age.
(b)The report may:
(1)contain the commission's recommendations to better coordinate state agency programs relating to the delivery of health and human services to children younger than six years of age; and
(2)propose joint agency collaborative programs.
(c)On or before the date the report is due, the commission shall notify the governor, the lieutenant governor, the speaker of the house of representatives, the comptroller, and the appropriate legislative committees that the
