Sec. 526.0010. INFORMATION RESOURCES MANAGER REPORTS. Notwithstanding Section 2054.075 (b), the information resources manager of a health and human services agency shall report directly to the executive commissioner or a deputy executive commissioner the executive commissioner designates.
