Sec. 526.0357. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING; DRIVER AND VEHICLE INFORMATION.

(a)The commission shall enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles and the Department of Public Safety for purposes of obtaining the motor vehicle registration and driver's license information of a medical transportation services provider, including a regional contracted broker and a subcontractor of the broker, to confirm the provider complies with applicable requirements adopted under Section 526.0356 (a).

(b)The commission shall establish a process by which medical transportation services providers, including providers under a managed transportation delivery model, that contract with the commission may request and obtain the information described by Subsection (a) to e

Sec. 526.0357. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING; DRIVER AND VEHICLE INFORMATION.
