Sec. 526.0352. DUTY TO PROVIDE MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.

(a)The commission shall provide medical transportation services for clients of eligible health and human services programs.
(b)The commission may contract with any public or private transportation provider or with any regional transportation broker for the provision of public transportation services.
