Sec. 526.0253. NOTICE OF INCOMPLETE OR INACCURATE REPORT; ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY.

(a)If the commission determines that a hospital submitted a report with incomplete or inaccurate information using a procedure adopted under Section 526.0251 (3), the commission shall:
(1)notify the hospital of the specific information the hospital must submit; and
(2)prescribe a date by which the hospital must provide that information.
(b)If the hospital fails to submit the specified information on or before the date the commission prescribes, the commission shall notify the attorney general of that failure.
(c)On receipt of the commission's notice, the attorney general shall impose an administrative penalty on the hospital in an amount not to exceed $10,000. In determining the amount of the penalty to
