Sec. 522.0001. LEGISLATIVE APPROPRIATIONS REQUEST BY HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES AGENCY.
(a)Each health and human services agency shall submit to the commission a biennial agency legislative appropriations request on a date determined by commission rule.
(b)A health and human services agency may not submit the agency's legislative appropriations request to the legislature or the governor until the commission reviews and comments on the request.
